The apprentice will receive monthly workplace visits from their allocated apprenticeship tutor, alongside regular training, coaching and support from SECCTA’s internal Training and Development team.

Additional training

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent role and further career progression within SECCTA Limited. Opportunities may include progression into AI and automation, business improvement, operations, project support or more senior administrative roles. The Level 4 qualification will provide a strong foundation for a career combining business operations with emerging technology.
