ApprentiFinder is operated by a small team in England ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an online platform to help students discover and apply for degree apprenticeships in the United Kingdom.

By creating an account or using the ApprentiFinder service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

Where you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at hello@apprentifinder.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our opportunity listings without written permission
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications

You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your CV, grades, and work experience). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. You must not upload content belonging to another person without their consent.

ApprentiFinder uses AI to generate draft CVs, cover letters, and hiring insights. These are provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before submitting it to an employer. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, suitability, or quality of AI-generated output.

Apprenticeship listings are sourced from public sources including the GOV.UK Find an Apprenticeship service. We do not endorse any employer or vacancy. You should verify all details directly with the employer before applying.

All content on ApprentiFinder - including our name, logo, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to ApprentiFinder. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written consent.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular opportunity will result in employment.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, ApprentiFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the service. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
