A six-year apprenticeship programme providing the opportunity to build legal knowledge, skills and commercial awareness while working closely with lawyers, clients and business support professionals. You'll complete the Solicitor Apprenticeship with the University of Law, achieving a Qualifying Law Degree in Legal Practice and Skills and completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). From day one, you'll put your learning into practice and be supported to realise your potential. You'll gain experience across a variety of teams within the firm.

Years 1-2: First 6 months in Business Services team (HR or Governance and Risk), then 18 months in legal team starting in administrative role progressing to Paralegal. Years 3-4: Two one-year seats in different legal teams as Paralegal with increasing responsibility. Years 5-6: Four six-month seats with greater input into rotation. Throughout, four days per week working alongside qualified lawyers with one day dedicated to studying at the University of Law.

Earn a salary from day one. Gain the equivalent of a law degree and complete the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). Gain real experience working alongside solicitors and clients. Receive ongoing support from supervisor, mentor, buddy, and the Early Careers team.
