The role will include: Supporting learners with their Welsh language and literacy skills. Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Supporting pupils with their numeracy, literacy and ICT skills. Supporting learners across a range of classroom activities and areas. Understanding the school’s safeguarding and behaviour policies and their role within these. Promoting Welsh culture and identity. Working with children aged 3–6 years within the Foundation Phase. Supporting the teacher with a variety of roles and activities within the classroom. Conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times when working within a school environment.
