Join Howden's Commercial Insurance Apprenticeship Programme as an Insurance Account Handler. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues in the Commercial & Schemes division, supporting clients with their insurance policies. The role involves drafting professional correspondence, speaking with clients and insurers, managing policy information, and building long-term relationships. You'll complete an 18-month structured development programme while working in a permanent role, expected to be in the office at least 4 days per week.

18-month development programme including: learning foundations of commercial insurance and Account Handler role; drafting professional email correspondence; building confidence in client and insurer communication via phone and email; gathering and sharing policy information; maintaining accurate client records; managing policy amendments and renewals; structured induction and learning throughout the programme.
