You will own the journey from first conversation to signed order. Day to day, that means:

• Researching and contacting prospective customers to identify new business opportunities
• Qualifying leads and moving each opportunity through our sales stages, from Lead and Qualified through Prospect, Contract terms issued and Selected Vendor to Closed Won
• Presenting proposals in person and in writing, and walking customers through our standard form of contract and its key terms
• Keeping HubSpot accurate & up to date, including deal values, stages and expected close dates
• Preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation
• Attending customer meetings, site visits and demonstrations, with support from experienced colleagues
• Working with our technical, service and support teams to shape solutions that fit each customer
• Contributing to the regular pipeline review with clear, honest forecasting

We deliver this qualification as a blended learning programme which includes both physical and virtual classrooms, eLearning modules, skills development activities, on-the-job training and most importantly one-to-one coaching and support on a monthly basis from a development coach.

You will spend a minimum of 6 hours per week on your apprenticeship.
