Launch into Law is a degree apprenticeship (Level 7) designed for school leavers and above who want to begin their career at a leading global law firm while completing their legal degree through work-based study. Over six years as a solicitor apprentice, you'll earn a salary while studying and gain experience needed to make your mark as a lawyer. You'll spend four days a week working in City of London offices and one day studying at the University of the Law. You'll be awarded an LLB (Hons) in Legal Practice and complete the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE) Parts 1 and 2.

Years 1 to 4: Work in the office four days a week with year-long placements in different legal practices, one day per week at University of the Law completing LLB modules via blend of virtual and face-to-face workshops, seminars and assessments. Years 5 and 6: Shorter placements in different legal practices with mix of on-the-job and part-time study plus period of full-time study completing SQE.

Initial time in Business Services to gain broader understanding of the firm. Rotations through multiple practice groups to gain hands-on experience. Access to secondments and flexible structure including periods of block study at university.
