• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Obtain prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Help prepare quotations and tender submissions.
• Compare supplier prices and material costs.
• Update estimating spreadsheets and project information.
• Assist with identifying risks, exclusions and assumptions.
• Support the estimating team with general tender enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of tender information.
• Attend training and complete apprenticeship coursework as required.

The role will be primarily based at our Rossett office. Some travel will be required from time to time, including occasional visits to project sites in London, but this will be minimal and arranged as required.
