About the role
Join Howden's Product Governance team as an apprentice and help review and shape insurance products that work for customers. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, learning how insurance products move through their life cycle from design to withdrawal. You'll analyse claims data, customer feedback and complaints to identify risks and improvement opportunities, while learning how Howden meets Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements.
Requirements
Have the full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. Have lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years. Have achieved a grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths. Not already hold a qualification that significantly overlaps with the content of this apprenticeship. Must be comfortable working with numbers and data. No insurance experience needed.
Working week
Full time, expected to work in office at least 3 days per week, must live within commutable distance

18-month structured development programme including induction, technical knowledge of insurance products and regulations, learning product life cycles, supporting regular product reviews, analysing claims data and customer feedback, comparing product performance against regulatory expectations, and collaborating across multiple business areas.

Fully funded professional qualifications relevant to the role. Structured learning and development throughout the apprenticeship programme.
