About the role

Join RSM as a Consulting School Leaver and start your career in one of the world's largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms. You'll contribute to real client work from day one, learning alongside experienced colleagues in either Finance Function Support or Risk and Governance. Spend five days a week in the office or with clients, developing valuable skills through statutory financial statements preparation, financial reporting, compliance activities, data analysis, and risk management. You'll meet people at every level of organizations and deliver practical recommendations that strengthen how businesses work.

Requirements

Minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). Existing permanent right to live and work in the UK. Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required. RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
