About the role
Chartered Management Degree Apprentice – Create Impact Through Leadership at Amazon. You'll forge strong relationships with stakeholders, building your presence as a trusted and influential leader.
Requirements
Be a UK national, non-UK national with the right to work in the UK, or EU national with settled status in the UK. Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship (September 2026). Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until March 2029. Be resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme. Not be registered on another UK government-funded course ending August 2026 or later. Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026). Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above including Maths and English. Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent). Have at least 2 years' supervisory experience (essential), including experience overseeing projects, operations, budgets, or teams - with accountability for delivery, outcomes, and performance. If you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK then a Statement of Comparability is required through UK ENIC. Must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.

Things to consider
This is a 30-month fixed-term contract. You must be available to work in one of Amazon's operational sites. You'll dedicate approximately 20% of your time to degree learning. You must have lived in the UK, EEA country, or British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more. Right to work requirements are strictly assessed. Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to funding approval.
