About the role
Join Howden's Reinsurance Broker Support Apprenticeship Programme as a permanent member of the Broker Support & Operations team. You'll learn how reinsurance solutions support insurance companies manage risk, support day-to-day tasks, maintain accurate client records, administer insurance policies and contracts, support projects, and help prepare reports on business performance. The programme includes structured induction, hands-on experience with experienced colleagues, and gradual increase in responsibilities.
Requirements
Must have full and unrestricted right to work in the UK, have lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years, have achieved grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths, and not already hold a qualification that significantly overlaps with the apprenticeship content. No insurance experience needed. Must be curious, organised, detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and a practical problem solver.
Working week
Expected to work in the office at least 4 days per week. Must live within commutable distance to London office.

Things to consider
