Must have full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. Must have lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years. Must have achieved grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths. Must not already hold a qualification that significantly overlaps with the apprenticeship content. No insurance experience needed. Must be a confident communicator, able to build relationships, passionate about service delivery, resilient, organised, positive, enthusiastic and motivated by goals. Must be comfortable working with clients who may have high expectations.

Completion of Level 3 Insurance apprenticeship qualification with transition to permanent employment at Howden.

You may only apply to one apprenticeship programme for the 2027 intake. Duplicate applications will not be considered. Must be willing to work in office setting 4-5 days per week and maintain commutable distance to Amersham. Assessment process includes online form, gamified assessment, pre-recorded video interview, and in-person assessment centre (travel costs covered).
