About the role
As one of the world's largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms, RSM delivers big ideas and premium service to help middle-market businesses thrive. You'll join one of our two biggest solutions, Finance Function Support or Risk and Governance, to start developing a valuable range of skills. From day one, you'll contribute to real client work, learning alongside experienced colleagues and gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence grows. You'll spend five days a week in the office or with clients, working with experienced colleagues who'll support you, challenge you and help you build confidence. You could be preparing statutory financial statements, turning financial information into meaningful insight, meeting people at every level of an organisation, conducting interviews, reviewing documents, analysing data and testing how organisations manage risk, or delivering practical recommendations that help organisations strengthen the way they work.

A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). An existing permanent right to live and work in the UK for this role. A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required. RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). You don't need experience, you don't need to know exactly where your career is heading and you definitely don't need all the answers. Looking for people who are curious, aren't afraid to ask questions, who want to get involved and who enjoy working with others.
