We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Range Manager Assistant Apprentice to join our Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion range management, product selection and trend analysis while working towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Range Manager and Assistant Range Manager with administration, reporting and trading reviews
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and Product teams to bring fashion ranges and catalogues to life
  • Research competitors, identify emerging trends and spot product opportunities
  • Support the selection of clothing and footwear ranges for catalogues and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in creating engaging product stories and selections that appeal to our customers
  • Proofread catalogues and marketing materials to ensure product information is accurate and compelling
  • Help manage delivery issues and work with suppliers and stakeholders to find solutions

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • A positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to enter, organise and check data accurately
  • Basic numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new systems, software and processes quickly

Communication Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments
  • Confidence in asking questions and seeking clarification when required

Organisation & Planning:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with support
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment

Attention to Detail:

  • Ability to work accurately and spot errors in documents and data
  • Careful approach to administrative tasks and proof-reading activities

Personal Qualities:

  • Willingness to learn and develop commercial and product knowledge
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for retail/commercial environments

  • Business Studies, Marketing or similar creative subjects
  • Previous work experience, part-time employment, volunteering or school projects demonstrating administrative, retail or customer service skills
