About the role
As an apprentice, you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support KPMG colleagues. You'll learn how we use data and reporting that are essential to optimising performance. Throughout your apprenticeship you'll be part of Administration Services KPMG (ASK), where specific tasks might include anything from producing documents to organising travel or supporting recruitment initiatives. In the second year, you will continue to develop specialist skills and knowledge and you may work with one of the other operational teams in Corporate Services. You'll be based in either Birmingham or Manchester, spending two days each week in the office.

Training & development
The training and development includes an immersive induction experience through to formal training courses, leadership knowledge bites, learning journals, online courses and networking events. You will complete the Business Administration Level 3, which introduces you to the principles of business administration, project management, ICT, communication and performance management. The Business Administration Apprenticeship uses innovative technology and is delivered via a blend of Online Classroom Live and Recorded courses plus in-centre classroom courses.
Additional training
Outside of the 15 month apprenticeship qualification you will spend the remaining nine months of your programme consolidating and applying your learning, working in the business. You will have wrap around support which consists of dedicated professional coaches, online portal content and live and recorded additional study sessions.
Future prospects
At the end of the apprenticeship, you'll build a range of relevant skills to prepare you for a career in business services. You'll have a professional qualification that's recognised widely (a Business Administration Level 3) and hands-on experience within one of the world's leading professional services firms.
