About the role
Join Lloyds Banking Group's Audit team to keep the business secure, straightforward, and successful. You'll work on live audits within three months, spending time in areas like Business Banking, Insurance, and Technology. The role includes a 6-month placement outside Audit to work with teams like Finance, Tech, Risk, and Customer Services. You'll gain hands-on experience with Data Science tools and AI applications in audit work.
Requirements
Must be 18 years old by the specified date. GCSEs at grade 4–9 in both Maths and English or Nat 5 at grades A-C in both Maths and English. 3 A Levels at grade BCC or 4 Highers at grade BBCC (grades can be predicted). Must possess a valid Right to Work in the UK with visa end date extending beyond the 5-year programme duration. No visa sponsorship available.
Working week
Hybrid working with minimum two days per week in office. Apprentices expected in office most days during initial settling-in period.

Training & development
Level 4 Internal Audit Practitioner qualification through Kaplan partnership in first 18–24 months. Workshops from the Institute of Internal Auditors covering Corporate Governance and Risk Management, Internal Audit Planning, and Interpersonal Skills. Further education and higher level professional qualifications after Level 4 completion.
Additional training
All training costs covered including tuition, exams, study materials, and professional memberships. Hands-on experience with Data Science unit and AI tools embedded in daily audit work.

By the end of the programme, you'll have the skills, qualifications, and confidence to pursue a career in audit within a team of 300 audit professionals across a Group of 70,000+ colleagues.
