About the role
A 3-year degree apprenticeship combining hands-on experience with part-time study at Sheffield Hallam University. Includes a 10-week bootcamp on campus to kick-start learning. Apprentices work as part of teams delivering and improving digital services for real clients, including large public sector organisations. Two track options: Data Engineer (working with data pipelines, dashboards, cloud platforms) or Software Engineer (designing, developing, testing and building software applications and systems). Typically in office up to 3 days a week.
Requirements
7 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English (4-9) or equivalent. Plus one of: 3 A*-C A-Levels across all 3 A-Levels, Completed Level 3 Apprenticeship, or BTEC (Merit, Distinction, Distinction minimum). Must be able to obtain Security Check (SC) Clearance and have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years.

Things to consider
Role requires Security Check (SC) Clearance and continuous UK residency for the last 5 years. Based in Telford with requirement to be in office up to 3 days a week - must be within commuting distance. Some posts may be restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons.
