A 24-month apprenticeship programme with Willis Towers Watson's Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team. Participants will build skills through on-the-job and structured training, study for the Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Insurance, build relationships with clients and colleagues, support complex client projects, and engage in a bespoke learning journey. The role offers exposure to specialist teams including Global Aviation and Space, Global FINEX, Global Marine, Global Natural Resources, and GB Retail.

Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship with Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Insurance. Programme includes assignments, coursework and exams over 24 months. Six hours per week allocated for studies with support from a tutor.
