The Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme are seeking a motivated and hardworking team member to join our team. The purpose of this role is to lead on compliance and managing the process of airport security passes, as well as supporting Shared Apprenticeship Scheme with recruitment and day-to-day duties to ensure the department runs efficiently and smoothly.   In addition, you will carry out the following tasks: Leading on airside pass related activities. Ensuring document compliance for both apprentices and contractors. Co-ordinating CSCS and L1 Health & Safety training. Ensuring document compliance from both apprentices and contractors. Ensuring all centralised documentation is always stored correctly and is up to date. Maintaining and updating internal systems. Managing compliance and airside pass trackers. Creation of apprentice contracts and induction documents. Assisting with apprentice payroll. Filing, scanning and general administration. Communicating with third parties to obtain information and data on behalf of candidates and apprentices.  Requesting references via email Resolving airside pass rejections   About You: The desired skills for this role include: A great communicator with a good telephone manner. Good attention to detail. To be proactive and use own initiative when appropriate. Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Have great time management and multitasking skills.
