Apprenticeships are open from age 16, once you have finished Year 11 (S4 in Scotland).
About the role
- Respond to incoming IT support requests via phone, email and remote support tools
- Log, prioritise and update support tickets using the company's helpdesk system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Assist with password resets, user account administration and access permissions
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and customer records
- Carry out system checks and routine maintenance to ensure devices remain operational
- Deliver excellent customer service while keeping customers updated on the progress of their support requests
Working week
Monday - Friday, full-time position.
