Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer - Experience Required
Apprenticeships are open from age 16, once you have finished Year 11 (S4 in Scotland).
About the role
**This is an experienced apprenticeship opportunity and is not intended for entry-level candidates. We are specifically looking for applicants with 6–7 years' office-based experience, call centre experience or retail management/supervisory experience. This is a sales-driven recruitment role, not an administration position.**
Strong admin, communication, and Microsoft Office skills are essential. Perfect for someone eager to grow their career, earn more, and take ownership of their success. Driving licence and car preferred.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- You will be providing administrative support to the office and sales team
- You will be using job boards to identify suitable candidates, registering candidates, ensuring they are eligible, compliant and available to be put forward for vacant positions
- You will be formatting CVs, requesting references and ensuring you maintain the database
- You will also be working on selected jobs alongside the experienced consultants; conducting market research, locating and mapping out ideal clientele within the industry, and carrying out business development to attract new customers and employment
- You will be expected to build relationships with these clients and either work with the team to satisfy these clients' needs or fill the jobs they bring on
- Development of existing/prospective clients
- Ability to identify/win/grow/retain business

Things to Consider Before Applying; Please note: This is not one of our usual apprenticeship roles advertised at £18,000. This is a £25,000 per annum position for the right candidate. This is a sales-driven role, not an admin job. As business development you must be 18 plus as will be left alone and networking.

We’re looking for someone with long term office-based experience. A background in call centres or similar roles involving regular phone and email communication. Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent customer service and admin skills. A clear drive to progress in your career and increase your earnings. A full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred). A high level of independence and personal motivation, ideally someone who takes initiative and wants to succeed.
We are also open to applicants from a retail background, provided you have worked at a department manager or supervisor level. This role is not suitable for entry-level retail staff. We need someone with leadership experience, strong customer engagement, and a track record of responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
