We are looking for an Audit Junior to join us who is comfortable in an evolving environment and enjoys solving a variety of challenges that contribute to meaningful outcomes. At MHA, you will be surrounded by passionate professionals who are committed to making a difference. Your work in Audit will go beyond the numbers, we believe in hands-on learning. You'll be doing real work on real projects, not just shadowing. While you'll receive mentorship and guidance, we prefer you to learn through extensive and practical on-the-job training. Audit is a varied and highly client-facing career that gives you the opportunity to work with a wide range of organisations and understand how their businesses operate. You'll spend time working at MHA offices as well as regularly travelling to and working from client sites.

Working on audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team, working closely with your mentor on audit planning memorandum, analytical reviews, drafting client letters, preparing accounts and producing sets of financial statements. Studying towards Professional Qualification (AAT Level 3, 4 and ACA Level 7).

Agile working with flexible working policy and core hours of 10am–2pm, option to work from home up to two days a week (full office attendance required during first six months). 30 days' holiday including bank holidays, plus opportunity to buy or sell up to 5 days (28 days on training contract with opportunity to buy 5 days).
