About the role
- Work alongside experienced careers professionals to deliver high-quality guidance and support
- Maintain relationships with employers, universities, training providers and apprenticeship programmes
- Work closely with colleagues across the trust to ensure every student receives high-quality careers education, information and advice
- Attend events such as options evenings, open evenings and results day to support students and families
- Help organise careers events, employer engagement activities, workshops and work experience
- Support individual students with applications, CVs, and next steps for education, training, or employment
- Travel to other Astrea schools in Cambridgeshire as part of your development programme
Working week
Monday - Friday, working hours TBC
