About the role

  • Work alongside experienced careers professionals to deliver high-quality guidance and support
  • Maintain relationships with employers, universities, training providers and apprenticeship programmes
  • Work closely with colleagues across the trust to ensure every student receives high-quality careers education, information and advice
  • Attend events such as options evenings, open evenings and results day to support students and families
  • Help organise careers events, employer engagement activities, workshops and work experience
  • Support individual students with applications, CVs, and next steps for education, training, or employment
  • Travel to other Astrea schools in Cambridgeshire as part of your development programme
