About the role
Join UBS's 2027 Apprenticeship Program within the Investment Bank Chief Operating Office (IB COO). You'll develop knowledge of the Investment Bank through exposure across business areas, products, and regions. Work as a partner to support and enable various businesses across the Investment Bank, analysing, developing, and implementing strategic solutions. Collaborate with colleagues in control functions to oversee the front-to-back environment for specific areas of the Investment Bank.
Requirements
Completed or completing A-levels (or equivalent) between September 2025 and September 2027. Achieved or on track to achieve ABB at A-level (or equivalent). Grade 5 in English Language GCSE and grade 6 in Maths GCSE. Strategic thinker with strong communication skills. Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines. Interest in the financial industry.
