Sales Apprentice
About the role
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Contact prospective customers via telephone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to identify opportunities
- Research customers and market sectors to generate qualified leads
- Manage and update the CRM system with customer information and sales activity
- Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Qualify customer requirements through effective questioning and listening
- Assist with quotations, proposals and sales presentations
- Follow up enquiries and opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Support account management activities to retain and grow customer relationships
- Gather competitor, customer and market intelligence
- Work collaboratively with marketing and operational teams
- Contribute to departmental sales objectives and targets
- Complete apprenticeship training, projects and assessments
Working week
Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm with an hour for lunch

Training & development
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
