As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you'll learn everything you need to become a successful salesperson. You'll be supported by experienced managers who will coach you every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking to new and existing customers over the phone
• Answering inbound enquiries and qualifying potential clients
• Making outbound calls to introduce our debt recovery services
• Building relationships with businesses and individuals
• Learning how to identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into new clients
• Keeping customer records up to date using our CRM system
• Working closely with our Managing Director and Operations team
• Following up with prospective clients and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Helping create engaging content across our social media platforms
• Working towards achievable daily, weekly, and monthly targets while earning uncapped commission
