This role sits within the Business Transformation Consulting Persona. You will help deliver projects for clients, being a valuable member of the team from day one, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve problems, improve performance and generate value for clients. Tasks include creating materials for workshops, communications, project plans and progress reporting, participating in project workshops and meetings alongside clients, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing expert advice and assistance to clients.

You will attend the Analyst Induction Programme (AIP) alongside Industrial Placement and Graduate new joiners to learn about the firm, culture and how we work. AIP is 5-days long and includes engaging talks, group activities and immersive simulation challenges. Following AIP you move into more specific business area training for a few more weeks. You will study towards a Business Technology - Degree Apprenticeship BSc (Hons) while working.

You will be assigned a buddy who is currently or recently completed a BrightStart programme. You will have access to lunch and learns, mentors and networking opportunities with colleagues at all levels of seniority.
