About the role

Ready to kick‑start your future after school and earn a degree while you work? We are offering you the opportunity of a Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship to join our team, supporting your development while you combine hands-on-experience with blended study through our Apprenticeship provider. You will gain experience across many areas of the business from operations to health and safety to working in our sales team. You will have one dedicated day specifically for studying with our University Apprenticeship provider. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication, presentation and negotiation skills with all stakeholders from varying backgrounds and cultures.

Requirements

Full driving licence and access to own car required. Enhanced DBS disclosure required. UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years prior to starting the apprenticeship.

Full-time, Permanent - 52 Weeks, 40 hours per week

Training & development

Blended study through Apprenticeship provider with one dedicated day per week for studying at University. Hands-on experience across operations, health and safety, and sales teams with dedicated support from skilled team members.
Future prospects
Chartered Management Degree qualification. Development of communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Experience across multiple business areas from operations to health and safety to sales.

Travel required with reimbursement of expenses. Assessment Day at Reading office includes individual presentation, group-based tasks, and interviews.
