The successful candidate will complete the Software Engineer Apprenticeship delivered in partnership with the University of Chichester.
The programme combines academic learning with practical industry experience across a range of subjects including:
- Programming and Software Development
- Web Systems and User-Centric Design
- IT Infrastructure
- Cyber Security
- Project Management
- Data Analytics
- Strategic Digital Technology Management
- Live Industry Projects
- Work-Based Learning and Capstone Project

Training & development
- The training will take place at University of Chichester one day a week, they will be required to attend the workplace the remaining 4 days a week, learning new skills, and behaviours
