5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4-9 in any subject (should include Maths & English). Three A-levels (Grade A*-C) or equivalent. Learners must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject. Possess the right to work in the UK. Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong overall computer skills, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Effective communication and presentation skills (including excellent writing skills) and ability to build rapport with colleagues across the business. Enthusiasm and commitment to arts, history and culture. Multitasking and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
