About the role
Join RSM's Audit Data Analytics Team and help shape the future of how audits are done. You'll work at the intersection of advanced technology and data-led insight, building tools and solutions that improve quality and deliver real insight for our clients. From day one, you'll collaborate with industry experts, develop both technical and commercial skills, and contribute to impactful projects that are shaping the future of audit. You'll help design, build and maintain in-house applications used by audit teams across RSM UK, turn audit requirements into practical app features, support the development and testing of tools that standardise audit procedures, work with developers and data specialists, monitor app performance and user feedback, and build understanding of finance, accounting and audit while studying towards the CFAB qualification.
Requirements
A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level). An existing, permanent, right to live and work in the UK. A genuine interest in technology and data analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others. Close attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The ability to adapt to change and embrace continuous learning. A background in maths, computer science, economics, finance or a related field would be useful but isn't essential. Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx, SQL or Python would be useful but isn't essential.

Training & development
Specific technology skills training focussed on digital and data services such as Agile project delivery, as well as learning how to use core tools, including Alteryx and Power BI. Study towards the ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) qualification, developing a strong foundation of knowledge across finance, accounting and business.
