Learning and Development Solutions Lead - L5 Digital Learning Designer apprentice
About the role
- Consulting with stakeholders to storyboard and build online DVSA specific L&D eLearning products using appropriate technology, such as 360 virtual reality filming, gamification and videography
- Hosting bespoke learning products onto the Learning Management System (LMS) platform as per agreed standards and monitoring and reporting on completion rates.
- Collaborating with procurement to source value for money solutions and contractors where applicable, such as where the value exceeds £50,000.00.
- Supporting with setting up pilots for the delivery of new L&D products and services to ensure it will be fit for purpose, whether delivered/ facilitated internally by you, externally by a supplier or online through eLearning.
- Building strong collaborative partnerships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders to effectively launch and implement L&D products.
Working week
We offer hybrid working with an average of 3 days a week in the office. We also offer flexible working hours over a 37 hour week between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm Monday - Friday. These will be agreed with your line manager.

Training & development
- At the end of this apprenticeship, you will have a level 5 qualification as a digital learning designer
- Your training will be delivered by LDN Apprenticeships virtually with a dedicated coach to help you learn and develop
- You will be fully supported in the workplace with time for your apprenticeship work

This role is in Bristol. If you'd be moving for it, a room in a shared house there typically runs £650–£900 a month.
