About the role
As an apprentice, you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support KPMG colleagues. You'll learn how we use data and reporting that are essential to optimising performance. Throughout your apprenticeship you'll be part of Administration Services KPMG (ASK), where specific tasks might include anything from producing documents to organising travel or supporting recruitment initiatives. In the second year, you will continue to develop specialist skills and knowledge and you may work with one of the other operational teams in Corporate Services. You'll be based in either Birmingham or Manchester, spending two days each week in the office with flexibility to work from home on the other days.
Requirements
5 GCSEs at A* – C or at 4 – 9 (inc. English Language and Maths), or for Scotland 5 Standard Grades at Grades A – C (inc. English Language and Maths). Demonstrate strengths in communication, collaboration, and growth mindset.

Training & development
Rich curriculum and learning community including immersive induction, formal training courses, leadership knowledge bites, learning journals, online courses and networking events. Completion of Business Administration Level 3 qualification delivered via blended learning (Online Classroom Live and Recorded courses plus in-centre classroom courses). 15-month apprenticeship programme qualification followed by nine months consolidating and applying learning in the business.
Additional training
Wrap around support consisting of dedicated professional coaches, online portal content and live and recorded additional study sessions. Training covers project management, ICT, communication and performance management.
Future prospects
At the end of the apprenticeship, you'll have built a range of relevant skills to prepare you for a career in business services. You'll have a professional qualification (Business Administration Level 3) that's recognised widely and hands-on experience within one of the world's leading professional services firms.
