Training & development
Four years of blending classroom learning with professional experience. You'll spend most of your time building real experience on the job, with dedicated blocks of learning at Manchester Metropolitan University throughout the year. You'll develop skills in designing around real user needs, using UX methods to turn ideas into better experiences, building digital products and services, understanding psychology behind how people think and behave, and turning data and insight into sharper design decisions.
Additional training
Access to central learning journey, networking opportunities, and experiences with the wider apprenticeship and Next Generation Talent community. Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, gain visibility and exposure across the organisation, and learn how decisions are made in a large organisation.
Future prospects
By the end of the apprenticeship, you'll have a fully funded BSc (Hons) degree in Digital User Experience, several years of real-world experience, fully funded travel and accommodation, and a unique blend of practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
Company benefits
Generous pension contribution of up to 15%, annual performance-related bonus, share schemes including free shares, adaptable benefits such as discounted shopping, 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays, range of wellbeing initiatives, generous parental leave policies, fully funded degree, fully funded travel and accommodation.
Things to consider
This role is based in Leeds and you will be expected to work from the main office location most days during the initial settling-in period, with hybrid working requiring at least two days per week office attendance thereafter. If your commute exceeds 1.5 hours, you are strongly encouraged to relocate closer to the office. No visa sponsorship is available. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be re-graded with pay consistent with the job family for your business area.
