Must be a final year or recent school, sixth form or college leaver. Must have full and unrestricted right to work in the UK and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years. Must have achieved grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths. Must not already hold a qualification that significantly overlaps with the apprenticeship content. Must be confident communicating with people, resilient, curious and motivated to learn, energised by targets, organised, dependable, comfortable with numbers, and able to express ideas clearly verbally and in writing.

Upon completion of the 18-month apprenticeship, you will transition into a permanent role working 5 days per week in the office. You'll have developed technical knowledge, professional skills, confidence in sales and customer service, and achieved your Level 3 Insurance qualification.

You must work in the office at least 4 days per week during your 18-month apprenticeship and must live within commutable distance of Bournemouth. After completion, you'll be expected in the office 5 days a week as this is a fully office-based role. You may only apply to one apprenticeship programme for the 2027 intake.
