Join Bishop Fleming as a School Leaver Trainee Accountant on a Level 7 apprenticeship programme. Choose between joining the Audit department or the Launch Pad Scheme with rotations across multiple teams. Requirements
3 A Levels (or equivalent) totalling 96 UCAS points with minimum grades of CCC. Applicants must achieve at least a grade C in all three A Levels. GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above. Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK. Must be able to live within commutable distance of the office. Not suitable for those studying for or already holding an undergraduate or master's degree. Applicants must be eligible to undertake an apprenticeship in accordance with government funding rules.

Training & development
As part of the ICAEW-partnered Level 7 apprenticeship programme, you will work towards the ACA or ACA/CTA qualification over 4 years. Training includes a blend of practical work on real-world projects and formal study. Bishop Fleming covers all training costs. You will receive tailored training and development opportunities with support from ICAEW throughout the programme to become a qualified chartered accountant.
