Responsibilities of a Sports Coach:

Deliver before school, lunch time, after school clubs and curricular activities as well as holiday camps when out of school term
Be a role model and inspire your people within the environment you deliver and enter
Oversee fun, engaging and inspiring sessions for the children you deliver to
Progress into delivering PE and curriculum

Training & development

Sports Coach Level 4 (Higher national certificate) Apprenticeship Standard:

The apprenticeship training will take place within our selected schools, where you will gain hands-on experience in sports coaching
Additionally, you will have bi-weekly sessions with your tutor from Educationwise to support your learning and development
