Financial Analysis Support

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports, while developing an understanding of project financial management

Cost Control Support

• Help monitor project expenditures and commitments against approved budgets. Support the review of project progress and highlight any potential variances or trends to the team

Data Management

• Ensure project financial information is accurately entered and maintained within company systems, following established processes and procedures

Month-End Activities

• Support the team during month-end financial close activities, including reconciliations, revenue recognition processes, and reporting preparation

Reporting and Insights

• Assist in producing regular project performance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial summaries for internal stakeholders

Stakeholder Support

• Work with project teams and other departments to help maintain positive working relationships and support the resolution of financial and commercial queries

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with colleagues across Project Management, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Procurement to gain exposure to different business functions and support project delivery

Continuous Learning

• Apply knowledge gained through your apprenticeship programme to support business activities and contribute to process improvements
