About the role
We're looking for talented individuals who bring initiative, creativity, and curiosity to the table. Audit is a varied and highly client-facing career that gives you the opportunity to work with a wide range of organisations and understand how their businesses operate. You'll spend time working at MHA offices as well as regularly travelling to and working from client sites.
Requirements
Achieved at least 112 UCAS points from your top three subjects (or equivalent). Comfortable in an evolving environment and enjoys solving a variety of challenges. Able to travel independently and having access to a car can be beneficial for this role.

Training & development
Hands-on learning through extensive and practical on-the-job training. Working on audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team, working closely with your mentor on audit planning memorandum, analytical reviews, drafting client letters, preparing accounts and producing sets of financial statements. Studying towards Professional Qualification (AAT Level 3, 4 and ACA Level 7).

Full study support package including exams, tuition, study leave days and materials.

By the end of your Apprenticeship Programme, you'll be a well-rounded, commercially minded professional, ready to take on interesting and challenging responsibilities. You'll be fully qualified and fully prepared to drive your own career forward with professional AAT and ACA qualifications.

Things to consider
Some client locations may be more difficult to reach by public transport, so being able to travel independently and having access to a car can be beneficial. Full office attendance required during the first six months to ensure proper training and support.
