Skills
Required qualifications
Training & development
The apprentice will complete a combination of on-the-job training at our Exeter office and structured learning with Exeter College. Training will take place in the workplace and at college on a day-release basis, typically one day per week.
We are keen to support young people in building long-term careers in the construction industry, offering clear progression pathways, ongoing development, and the chance to grow into more senior roles within the business over time.
Things to consider
Applicants may be invited to attend a short-paid trial week during the next half term or summer holidays. This will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the role, meet the team and better understand the day-to-day responsibilities before starting the apprenticeship.
