About the role

  • Oversee social media profiles such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Develop content and monitor social media campaigns.
  • Assist with standardising brand guidelines.
  • Analyse and report on social media analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal team and relevant stakeholders.

Working week

Our working hours are from 9am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday, but you will be at university 1 day a week in term time and will have 1 day a week to study outside of term time. Head office is in Bloxham, and you are expected to be in the office 2/3 per week.

Training & development

  • You will have one day a week at The University of Northampton during term time.
  • You will have one day a week outside of term time to work on your apprenticeship working from home or HQ.
Additional training
  • Intake will be September 2026 and the apprenticeship lasts for 36 months with End Point Assessment (EPA) afterwards.
  • This programme is made up of seventeen modules distributed over Levels 4, 5 and 6.
  • Each module is achieved with a combination of on-campus and self-directed study.
Future prospects

Once qualified the apprentice could continue to work within our organisation or pursue a digital marketing role elsewhere.
