A 24-month apprenticeship programme with Willis Towers Watson's Corporate Risk & Broking team. Apprentices will build skills through on-the-job and structured training, study for the Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Insurance, build client relationships, support complex client projects, and engage in a bespoke learning journey to gain broader business understanding and develop key skills for success in the insurance industry.

Apprentices will study for the Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Insurance through a combination of assignments, coursework and exams. The programme includes six hours per week to focus on studies, support of a tutor, and materials provided by WTW and the government-approved training provider.
