About the role

As a Digital Product Manager Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of product development - helping shape ideas, improve user experiences, and drive innovation across Amazon. You'll learn how to analyse user needs, prioritise features, support development teams, and use data to guide product decisions. Working alongside experienced product managers, designers, and engineers, you'll gain the skills to help take products from concept to delivery. You'll work across a variety of digital products - from internal tools that power operations to customer-facing experiences used by millions. Your role sits at the crossroads of technology, design, and business strategy.

Requirements

Be 18 years old or over before the start date. Have the right to live and work in Wales for the full duration. Have lived in the UK or EEA for the past 3 years. Not be enrolled on a government-funded course ending August 2026 or later. Have 5 GCSEs at grade 4–9 (A–C) including English and Maths. Have a Level 3 qualification (A Level, BTEC, Level 3 apprenticeship, or equivalent). Not already hold a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level. Provide a UK ENIC Statement of Comparability if qualifications were achieved overseas.

Mix of on-the-job training, online study, and mentoring in a corporate office environment.
Future prospects
Upon completion, you'll receive a Level 4 apprenticeship qualification - User Centred Design. Completing this apprenticeship opens the door to exciting roles across product, technology, and customer experience. Apprentices often progress into roles such as Product Manager, with opportunities to move into specialist, senior positions, or higher-level apprenticeships.
