Join BDO's Advisory School Leaver Apprenticeship Programme where you'll earn while you learn, getting hands-on experience on real projects while working towards a recognised professional qualification. In Advisory, you could work on financial operations and business-critical projects including restructuring companies, due diligence for acquisitions, and exploring nine specialist areas including Business Restructuring, Transaction Services and Forensic Accounting & Valuations. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn how different businesses work and build skills through client challenges. You'll join a trainee community, learn alongside peers and have experienced people around you to answer questions and help build your confidence.

Over four years, you'll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised professional qualification such as ACA or CISI. You'll develop commercial and management skills through challenging Advisory work. As your experience grows, so will your responsibility. You'll have opportunities to work with clients, contribute to complex projects and learn directly from experienced colleagues and senior leaders.
