About the role

Would you like to provide advice, create a first class employee experience, and become a trusted advisor? This role is suitable for someone who identifies as a people person and takes satisfaction from supporting and working with others. This role will often require you to make decisions and recommendations on what the business can or should do in a specific situation. You will be liaising and be influencing managers to change their thinking as well as bringing best practice into the organisation using company policy and current law giving guidance that is compliant and where errors could expose the organisation to employment tribunals or legal risk.

Requirements

5 GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English. 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above. You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this Apprenticeship.

Monday - Friday, 40-hour working week

Training & development

Apprentices will complete a series of modules in order to gain the required Knowledge, Skills, and behaviours, culminating in an independent End Point Assessment. The training is delivered in mix of remote and face-to-face sessions. Over the course of the apprenticeship, Apprentices will be allocated time away from their day-to-day roles to work on their Apprenticeship studies. Approximately 80% of time will be spent learning on-the-job.
