Audit is a varied and highly client-facing career that gives you the opportunity to work with a wide range of organisations and understand how their businesses operate. You'll spend time working at MHA offices as well as regularly travelling to and working from client sites. As an Audit Junior, you'll experience the power of collaboration as you work with diverse teams on real projects, build lasting connections with colleagues and start off by learning the fundamentals, including: Working on audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team, Working closely with your mentor on audit planning memorandum, Analytical reviews, Drafting client letters, Preparing accounts and producing sets of financial statements, Studying towards Professional Qualification (AAT Level 3,4 and ACA Level 7).

Full study support package including exams, tuition, study leave days and materials. Hands-on learning through extensive practical on-the-job training. Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals. Professional Qualification training towards AAT Level 3, 4 and ACA Level 7.

Agile working with core hours of 10am-2pm and option to work from home up to two days a week (full office attendance required during first six months for trainees). 30 days' holiday including bank holidays, plus opportunity to buy or sell up to 5 days (28 days on training contract with option to buy 5 days).
