Applied AI and Automation · Support the development and testing of practical AI enabled tools and workflow automations. · Help identify business processes where automation or AI could reduce manual effort or improve access to information. · Learn how prompts, structured information and internal data sources affect the quality of AI outputs. · Gather user feedback and help translate it into improvement actions. Integration, Data and Security · Learn how business systems connect through APIs, data flows and integration patterns. Technical Skills · Interest in software development, AI, automation or digital problem solving. · Willingness to learn coding, ideally Python or another relevant language. · Basic understanding of IT systems, data and Microsoft 365 tools. · Awareness of cyber security, data protection and responsible technology use. Experience and Background · Suitable for an apprentice, early career candidate or internal applicant with strong technical curiosity. · Evidence of learning, personal projects, coursework, work experience or practical problem solving is welcome. · Previous experience in IT, data, software, manufacturing or business improvement is helpful but not essential.
