About the role

BrightStart Higher Apprenticeship in Business Transformation Consulting within the Human Capital practice. You will support planning and delivery of people-focused transformation projects, working in multi-disciplinary teams across the full lifecycle of change management activities. Work with elite clients across diverse industries including Consumer Business, Technology, Media, Energy, Life Sciences, Public Sector, and Financial Services.

Requirements

Minimum 104 UCAS points from top 3 A-Levels (if gained after 2017, or 260 if before). Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Client-facing role requiring relationship-building abilities.

Working week

Hybrid working arrangement with mix of office and home working. Client-facing role may require attendance at client sites on certain days. Final assessment and induction are in-person.
