We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Apprenticeship Program within our Asset Management business. You'll get to: coordinate and facilitate client related items seeking to deliver a best in class client experience, using innovative approaches to identify client needs; generate performance and risk reports; build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy.

This apprenticeship will last 4 years. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. The first stage of your apprenticeship is a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist, and upon completion, you'll then progress onto a Level 6 Financial Services Professional apprenticeship. In the final stage of your apprenticeship, you can obtain your Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) 1, with the potential to gain a BSc (Honors) degree.
